Our final day of the Summer Quran Intensive Program 2025 was a beautiful conclusion to weeks of learning and growth. It was a day full of excitement, reflection, and gratitude, divided into three meaningful parts that gave our students memories to cherish.
Part 1: Game Time & Team Fun
We kicked off the day with interactive games for all age groups—creating laughter, healthy competition, and lots of energy in the building!
• Nasheed Chairs: Our own fun twist on musical chairs, where nasheeds replaced the music. Students loved it!
• Pop the Balloon: Students tied balloons to their ankles and dashed around trying to pop others’ while protecting their own. The last one with their balloon intact was crowned the winner!
These creative, movement-based games encouraged teamwork, quick thinking, and joyful bonding among students of all levels.
Part 2: Rehearsals & Ready for the Stage
After the games, students shifted into preparation mode with final rehearsals for our much-anticipated End-of-Year Ceremony.
They watched each other’s performances, offered support and suggestions, and practiced with excitement—fine-tuning their nasheeds, Qur’an recitations, du’as, and Ahadith to confidently present in front of parents and community members the next day.
It was inspiring to see how much they had learned and how eager they were to share it.
Part 3: Potluck Lunch — A Delicious Treat
The final part of our day was a delicious potluck lunch, graciously sponsored by our amazing and generous parents. May Allah reward them immensely!
The children enjoyed:
• Chicken sliders
• French fries
• Fresh watermelon
• Cupcakes
The food was delicious, the atmosphere was cheerful, and the love and support from our school community were deeply felt by all.
This special day was the perfect ending to a blessed summer. The joy on the students’ faces reminded us why we do what we do—nurturing young hearts and minds in an Islamic environment full of love, learning, and light.
We thank all the students, teachers, and parents for making Summer 2025 an unforgettable experience.
We look forward to seeing you all again in the new school year, Insha Allah!
